Sarah Seaboldt
Sarah Seaboldt is a New Jersey-based public affairs professional and veteran political strategist with extensive experience in government, policy, and legislative operations. She currently serves as Director of Legislative Affairs at MBI, where she leads advocacy efforts and legislative strategy on behalf of the firm’s diverse portfolio of clients.
Prior to joining MBI, Sarah served as Chief of Staff to Assemblyman Roy Freiman and Assemblywoman Mitchelle Drulis in the 16th Legislative District. In this role, she managed one of the state’s most competitive district offices, guided legislative priorities for the Deputy Majority Leader and Chairman of the Assembly Financial Institutions and Insurance committee, and oversaw community engagement and policy development efforts across the four counties in the district. Prior to LD16, Sarah was a top campaign fundraiser for state- and local-level races across the state.
Sarah’s political involvement extends beyond her government service. She is an active member of the Mercer County Young Democrats and the New Jersey Women’s Political Caucus, and a founding member of the Robbinsville Democratic Club.
A committed advocate for women’s leadership and civic engagement, Sarah also serves as Chair of the Mercer County Commission on the Status of Women and on the Board of the New Jersey Fallen Firefighters’ Memorial & Fire Museum. She is active in community and volunteer organizations, including the Junior League of Greater Princeton and the Sharon School PTA.
Sarah resides in Mercer County with her husband Glen, a career firefighter, their daughters Charlotte and Avery, and their two very large dogs.
